Here's a tip for your ministry success!

Do something fun with the kids while they are out of school.
Make it fun and easy for both you and them!  Pick a two-hour
slot during the week or on a Saturday when you won’t need to
provide a meal, like 9-11am or 2-4 pm.  If you want to have
lemonade, go for it!  Plan a few games that will take about 20
minutes each and also a short 20-minute devotional.  Do group
games that won’t require numerous workers.  Have some
volunteer workers to aid with crowd control, bathroom breaks,
etc.  On this occasion, try surprising the kids with something
different in your devotions.  Speak on Phil. 1:3-4 “I thank my
God every time I remember you.  In all my prayers for all of
you I always pray with joy”.  Express your love for them.  Tell
them how glad you are to be their pastor.  It will build them up,
increase their respect for you, develop a closer bond between
you and them, and go a long way with curbing discipline issues
during service times
.
